PR Measurement

We believe public relations should deliver profits as well as profile.  That's why for us measurement is crucial. We ask what we are adding to the client's bottom line and what more we can do to accelerate their success?

So our measurement isn't simply about column inches.   While we will provide a detailed and robust evaluation of the media coverage in terms of the amount of coverage, audience reach and messaging, we also include a mix of other indicators to assess the PR campaign.

The mix is tailored for each programme but will include:

  • Sales leads
  • Enquiries
  • Site traffic (unique visitors, downloads, length of visit)
  • Feedback from critical audience representatives – such as key influencers, customers and prospects
  • Internal audience feedback to gauge how PR is supporting them in their jobs

As part of our service, to give our campaign a benchmark, we conduct a Halo study among internal and/or external audiences. This tells us the position the campaign is starting from. This means we are adding huge value before the PR campaign has even begun, by giving clients invaluable insights, which they can apply right across their business.
