Social media’s another channel to get your messages out there, and it’s one your PR must use to the max. That doesn’t mean simply amassing fans, followers, retweets and connections.  Those are nice to have metrics but as ever we’re also conscious of our clients’ bottom line. That’s why we ensure our social media campaigns deliver demonstrable benefits such as online sales, downloads and website traffic. 

Some clients want us to run their entire social media campaigns, others to train their marketing and customer service teams. Energy PR founder Louise Findlay-Wilson recently gave a keynote address  at the “The Guide to Social Media” conference, at Microsoft’s HQ.
