Why do we love it?

There are several reasons, but they all stem from something we obsessively believe in: knowing your audience inside and out.

As an SEO tool, it really walks the walk on in-depth, expert and insightful onsite content, and bookmarkable graphics.

It also delivers this on socials, adjusting its TOV and content for each individual audience – whether that be on Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn.

Community-building

On socials, it takes the time to respond and engage.

Onsite, it has endless resources, including the SEMrush Academy, insights, webinars and blogs.

Both effectively build communities in their own way.

Thought leadership

SEMrush regularly publish data-driven studies that demonstrate a deep understanding of its market and showcase new product features. Their recent research into ranking factors is a particular favourite.

Making LinkedIn a less serious place

SEMrush’s successful social strategy is proof that LinkedIn, and B2B marketing more generally, doesn’t have to be boring.

It has a fun and engaging tone of voice and regularly posts relatable marketing memes.
