There are five things companies need to think about when considering working with a PR agency – specifically us. In order of importance, these are:
- Whether we have chemistry with your marketing team
- Whether we have the PR expertise and experience you need
- Whether you’re confident that we can deliver for your brand
- Whether we have the ability to adapt and grow with your brand
- Whether our budgets are aligned
If we don’t tick the box for you across these five things then we’re not the right agency for you – and to be honest, you’re not the right client for us.
I add this last point not to be controversial, but because the best agency/client relationships are a two-way street. So let’s take a look at each of these elements in question.
